Can black win?

This position is from a recent game of mine.  I played black, and I accepted white's draw offer.  Did I make the right decision, or is there a victory for me here?  Thanks, Michael.

Yeah I agree with De-Lar. You are totally dominant here being a rook up. A little perserverance would have got you the win.

Ne5 looks like the move to end blacks problem

No.  White always wins because he moves first.

    I would have played 1...Nd4+ 2. Kc4 Ne6 (I don't think 2. Kxa5 because 2...Rxc5+ )

One pawn if not both will be be taken eventually, hopefully giving you a passed pawn. You're also not stuck defending the rook with your king.

But, you are rated higher than me so, whatever you think.

Amazed why you accepted the draw? White is in a hopeless situation and would have been even worse in the next 5-6 moves with its pawns wiped off....as someone asked "why did you accept the draw? is a q you have to ask yourself"

The game's not over until the fat lady sings- unless you can DEMONSTRATE  that you will definately loose  or that a draw is inevitable- and I can see no such proof-  why give in? This is not the same thing at all as refusing to resign against hopeless odds.

Black have a decisive advantage with that rook

Black to move? Then Nd4+ provides the winning line. Too soon to accept a draw.

It's quite funny, because 1. ... Rxf6 2. gxf6 Ne5 winns the game because of Black's g-pawn. (If White King will try to attack Knight just Nf7 and Black King will destroy 'c' and 'a' Whites' pawns.)

Even if it would be White turn to move, Black wins.
