Can white promote/win?

    Well this is a relatively average game from what i can tell from both sides.  My opponenet and I mutually agreed to a draw after the last move of the sequence I posted, and I would just like to know If I, playing white, can promote my pawn or pull out a win in any way? Or if you have any comments on the game overall those would be appreciated as well =)

    Yes I assumed it was a draw..... and thank you good sir I am ceratinly trying =)

    This is obviously a draw. In a rook endgame when you have an extra pawn that decides the game, it all depends on whether or not your opponent can get his king in front of the pawn without getting checkmated etc.  His rook must also be in an acceptable position.
