    At move 50, it is a forced win for Black, if he/she knows how to play it. I thought it might be a possible draw too, instead by 50. Ke2, also opposition but the pawn move forces you away from it.

    You can always check out the game in one of the online endgame tablebases to see.

    Thanks guys. Yeah nothing works at the end. Getting it analyzed now by Fritz 13. I played a good game, just messed up in the end. Something to work on.

    Opposition is not the only important concept in the KP vs. K endgame. There is also something called "critical squares". With the pawn on c5 the critical squares are b3, c3, and d3. If the black king can get to one of those squares then it's a win. You should look it up somewhere for all the information.
