Nicely done.  But, 13...h6 was a really weak move for black, allowing you to punch through.  But I still don't understand why you brought your queen out so far so early...

Not only is 13. ... h6 a poor move but black thenm totally ignores the the threat on h6 after 14. Qe3 by playing 14. ... b5 when black could easily play 14. ... Bg7. Even after 16. Qh4 black can still escape by playing 16. ... g5 when 17. Nxg5 is met by 17. ... Qh6. I'm afraid it's a horror show for black.

 g5???

Either b-f6 OR q-f6 and black is only down a pawn...if the knight goes to g5 the rook can simply move over when the threat of mate is over
