Can you spot any blunders or mistakes that Computer Hard made at the end?

Idk, seems like it went for a bit too much after  taking the f pawn.  King is LOOSE and blacks g pawn is at least a little bit of cover.  Instead of getting greedy with Qxg5 why not just bring the king to e7 and double rooks on the f file first. Then either try to trade heavy pieces or make use of that nice passed e pawn.

hmmm.. yeah I see your point. The computer seems so hard sometimes and so stupid sometimes... ^^
