In this position white has big advantage due to two advanced passed pawns and also black pieces have very little mobility. Here white wants to maintain e6 pawn so that black position remains cramped. But surely you can play Qxh4 wining a piece but then black can reply Qxe6 and will have relativily more active position. With Bxh6 you maintain total hold on position. I feel Nd5 can also be very good.

   As long as e6 is on the board black king is very unsafe any attack from 8th rank can lead to check mate. And anyway this bishop is unlikey to survive long. So it is surely better to bring another piece for attack with 25.Bxh6 or 25.Nd5.
