Your rating should be much higher because your game deserve that 

5. Bc4?! why not just play 5. c4 and then you can play Bd3 (actually I think there is even better).  On d3 the bishop aims at the g6 square which is part of the weakened diagonal leading to the king. You can see on move 6 where you have to waste a move guarding the bishop why it's better to attack the knight with a pawn.

One should always be careful about moving the f-pawn in the opening, here is an example from your game.
