The Danish Gambit is another one of my blitz favorites. The space created by the gambitted pawns gives White so many opportunities for an early knockout. This is especially true if Black is indecisive, haughty, and unfamiliar with the line. This game actually lasted 20 moves, ending in checkmate. But only the first 11 moves should be enough to demonstrate the wickedness of this gambit. Enjoy.

I got a guy with this same tactic once, except my game only lasted 6 moves.

6 moves! I'd like to see that game.

If anyone is interested in the queen-less line of the Danish Gambut, its

1. e4 e5 2. d4 exd4 3. c3 dxc3 4. Bc4 cxb2 5. Bxb2 d5 (side note: 5...Nh6 was my move of preference, and a good try at holding the pawns) 6. Bxd5 (if exd5?! black proceeds to blockade the pawn with Nf6 and Bd6, taking white's bishop off the dangerous diagonal.) Nf6 7. Bxf7+ Kxf7 8. Qxd8 Bb4+ 9. Qd2 Bxd2

An endgame-choose your preference, but I personally feel danish gambit players are unsettled with this dull game. :o)
