Hey all,
This is a recent game that I won but I was wondering if there's anything that my
opponent missed and could have potentially taken advantage of (other than his/her last move)...
My rating is usually about 1300 give or take 50 and I was also wondering if you can
tell by my gameplay? I mean, did I play like a 1300 player or more or less?
I'm just very curious and I know some people are very knowledgeable on the site..
Thanks!

One thing black could have done is seen the queen attack

but other than that it was a good game.

Im in the 1300s too and i would enjoy a game against you.

Up for the challenge???

your opponent played his queen out way to early. In the opening one should only move his queen a couple of times. Its too powerful a piece to throw around casually, and its placement has a huge impact on the course of the middle game. He sure payed for it when you pinned it up against queen!

Yes your opponent missed something and no you don't play like a 1300 player(although it is hard to see how you play against a player that is playing so poorly)

he blocked his king in with his catsles for one, and was moving peices too far in the beginning, and was having to back track not to lose them.
