Which one is you white or black?

im playing white.

I don't play the Sicilian as Black, but moves 8-10 are unorthodox.

After 9...e6, White should play 0-0-0 because 10...d5 will leave Black with the isolated pawn.  After all, you're going to play 0-0-0 anyway.  Why wait?

You don't need advice on it, you actually played it well... Good game!

Your title is very confusing, it should be Yugoslav vs Dragon, because your are the  one playing it. 

i like to get the bishop out to c4 first and castle at 10. 0-0-0 lol

 there are two seperate lines for it 

you can castle at move 9 when  uplay Be2 instead of f3 

Regardless of lines, you need to adapt when your opponent doesn't follow them.

first of all this is nice game. i just curious what if black response is 30...Rc6.

I think black can defend itself after 30...Rc6. I would like to anylaze this game at home . i will write back ....

I agree with <anaxagoras> the moment black places his rook on the same file as your king you must O-O-O. Black had trouble dealing with the pressure you created afterwards, but that doesn't mean the piece sacrifice was sound?! On the other hand, it is also why we play the game. Black was about to more than equalize so you created the most amount of pressure you could.
