I was playing my dad and I probably should have won it earlier in the game, but eventually this position was reached:
I offered a draw, he declined, but after continuing play we both agreed it was a draw. But is this truly a draw, or is one side winning?

I think White is better positioned. So, I played it against CM9000/Fischer. I ended up with a draw.
I tried it with a few different moves here and there but it turns out that Black had all of the winning chances.
