Here's a typical loss for me. However, I have to say, I am better than this. I am off my game. Anyway...
10...e6 is unthematic. you played the dragon variation. every move is critical and sharp. As you already know e6 blocks your bishop at c8. and really cramps your position. Besides e6 makes your d6 pawn/square weak.
10....Bd7 and then 11...Rc8 is one that you might consider.
17...Nh5 is a major mistake. I think you realise that.
21...Re8 is a positional error. 21...e5 is better because you need to activate your bishop and connect the rooks. Besides your R is nneded to guard the f7 pawn.
