Here is a game I played recently as Black.  The position was super cramped on my kingside for a while, and my minor pieces weren't to effective.  This is my standard defense as well to 1: e4, e5  2: Qh5   White is usually looking for the quick win after Bc4, but I always devolpe this way which leaves me a fianchetto bishop on my kingside, which won me this game.
