Yeah, he neglected his development early on, but I don't think it's necessarily that bad since it's kind of blocked up. At any rate, if you're going to take advantage, you have to play aggressively. That knight on g6 for example didn't really do much. I like 10... Nf5 11 Nf3 h5.

Hello, this was a game between myself and pishedu. He started just pushing pawns and leaving his pieces undeveloped. Then he developed and managed to win.
I request feedback from stronger players to see where I went wrong.
