Has rumour goes, Fritz has the better game analysis and here's the problem?!

I have two computer chess programs being Chessmaster Grandmaster Edition and Fritz 11 exactly.

In terms of beginning the analysis mode, I find Chessmaster easy to muster. Fritz isn't!

It asks for my CD which is already in the slot and it comes up with NO ACTION??? at the bottom pane.

Is it the CD or I have no idea how to boot the analysis ie)

go to tools select - SELECT full analysis - CLICK ok and presto???Cry

Do you want to analyse the finished games?

Have you already load(open) the game?

Instruction below is for older version of Fritz, however I believe it to be still valid and instructional:

P.S. be sure to read the 2nd and 3rd part as well. Cool

Don't bother with commercial software.  Download a nice GUI like Arena and get a decent chess engine like Stockfish or Firebird.  Both are far stronger than either Chessmaster or Fritz.
