It is not usually much.. that I dominate in game from begining to end.
So, thsi game woudl had gone in Showcase forum, if not for questiosn that follow:
>> If I was my opponent, how could I have avoided these traps?

Actually, if you look a little further:
9... Nc6 is fine. If 10. Qxb7? Nd4! and Nc7+ follows
10... Nc5, again I dont think you looked far enough10.... Nc5? 11. fxe5 Nxb3 12. exf6 Nxa1 13. fxg7 Nc2+ 14. Kd1 Kxg7 15. Nb3! and black is lost

If you want to see how good a game was, analyse it with the aid of a computer. There is free software with a fide elo higher then 3000! Today Chessprograms are MUCH better then the best human player. You may use a free GUI like Jose or Arena and a free engine like Toga II (Elo about 3000). Or you can use Fritz or Aquarium/Rybka and pay.
You can insert you Games in all of these GUI und check your game.
Here is a Error - analysis of Fritz 11, it only shows only the "Big Errors" higher then 0.30 (with 30 sec "thinking" for each Halfmove/PLY).
