What are the time restraints?

black's central pawn majority looks pretty dangerous

I tried to update the time constraints but i'm not quite sure how to enter it. Anyway, each side has 1 hour for the first 40 moves, followed by 15 minutes per side to complete the game. In this case white used up 1 hour within 34 moves.

Please tell me how this info is written succinctly, i'm curious.
