(sorry if my english is bad !)

I've got some difficulties analysing efficiently my games.
The problem is that lot's of time i can't find a better variation that the one i did in a game, i can't see why a move is a mistake. I'm using the infinite analysis in fritz, i see the mistakes with it, but i can't explain why, and learn something from it...

Have you got some advice about that ? what is the most efficient way to anaylise you game ?
