This is a game I p´layed on a OTB tournament a few hours ago, needless is to say that I lost. My problem was in the opening.

all I am going to say is don't give up this early.  After nxf3, pxf3 2. N-5 and while white may be better black can cause some problems.  Show some heart.

While 9...Nc6 is the main mistake, 4...e6 is where you start to go downhill. What are you trying to accomplish with that move other than weakening your dark squares? 4...d6 is definitely the better choice.
