A game I played for my school last week. While creating the board just now I realized my opponent had a forced mate that he missed while under time pressure. Any additional analysis is greatly appreciated.
There's no forced mate for white. If 30.Qf8+, you can play Kd7 instead. Any further checking after that would be imprudent -- for instance, 31. Qf7+ Ne7 Qc4 Qd5 pretty much forces a Q exchange because of the threat of e3+.
30...Kd7!
14 c3 b5 hangs a piece (15 Rxc6).
You had 22... Rxe5 (23 de Qxc4 24 ef gf and--paradoxically--it looks like his king will be in more danger than yours).
26... e3 (taking momentary advantage of White's lineup of rooks on the long diagonal) initiates a very strong attack.
In addition to 30 Qf8+ Kd7, there was also 30 Qf8+ Kb7 31 Rb3+ Nb6.
