I'm not sure what kind of comments you're looking for but first of all, congratulations for drawing against an opponent rated 300 points higher than you. That's the good news. The bad news is that you should have won this game several times over. What was wrong with either 22...fxe2 wining the Queen, or 22...Qxh3 forcing checkmate?  You also had 23...Nc4 (threatening Nd2!) followed by Rf6  with a crushing game.
