N.D., please, annotate the game. I'm not grasping how you focused on the two larger concepts without a bit more "walkthough" than the PGN itself.

6. ... Qb4+ may have cost you a knight.
7. ... Qxc5 seems more reasonable than Qa5+.

I don't know if the title of the book would remain, if we're on the same page.

I find an opponent bringing their queen out too early almost always results in me maintaining initiative and allows me to take a lead in development.  But maybe that is just me.

 

Now I just need to figure out a way to have my opponent always make this mistake.
