agreed 21...Nf6 was just bad, But I didn't see the need for 17...Bd7 which just helps to clutter your pieces, If white had played Nxe6? enhances your game since his good knights is going after your white squared bishop which is bad. Black then has counterattacking chances based on his rook and black square bishop. Opening up the diagonal for his black square bishop doesn't help either, I would have looked to keep that diagonal closed and there would have been little he could do, he certainly couldn't open the diagonal.
