This was an interesting drawn game I had. Unfortuunately it was a draw. Was there anything I could have done to shield my king for one turn, long enough for mate? Furthermore, what do you think of the game? I realise that if I had traded queens and knight, I still would have had good winning chances but that hadn't occurred to me, I was going for the utter kill I had planned earlier.

26 Qg6#!!, the opening was quite unorthodox.

Blast. I wish I could see all those. But the very fact that they were possible says wonders for the Ware Opening which I employed. I'm telling you, the Ware Opening is quite useable, contrary to popular belief. The beauty of it is how it can influence the game dramatically without taking part in it save as a threat etc.

well the other suggestions are great, but i dont see anything after move 30 that can prolong your game, his knight on d4 is dominent and he was playin for the draw, so nothing you really can do other than missing Qg6 mate
