is this game a draw if played correctly?

I think that if I keep his king restricted to those six squares and that if I keep my ing on the bottom two ranks, it's a draw, because it would make it impossible for his rook to take my a-file pawn without loosing his rook.

You are not allowed to ask about a game you are playing. It is a form of cheating. The correct thing to do is to resign now.

I don't want to have any moves given, I just want an opinion as to whether or not it is a draw if I play it right, I repeat: I DO NOT WANT ANY MOVES GIVEN TO ME, I JUST WANT AN OPINION AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THIS POSITION IS CONSIDERED A DRAW.

Yeah, that sort of information isn't allowed for ongoing games either.
