White's 10.d4 was just a bad move, he could have maintained a nice position with any normal move. he just lost a pawn. You took it, GOOD!
There are many small errors after that, but the next really huge blunder you see for yourself, it's 23...Rbb8.
lucky you, your opponent didn't see that 25.Nd7 wins a lot more. You only lost the exchange in the game (a rook for a minor piece). 25. Nd7 would have just cost you a whole rook for nothing.
And he's in a better position, until he makes the decisive Qe2 error.
After that, white gets no more shots at your position:) it's over.
