This was a 5-hour OTB game.  My thoughts are in the comments.

I play the black side of these 6....Nb-d7 lines, to explain my bias . Don't think there is much for black to worry about these days in bayonet line either. Don't think 8d5 very testing, think 8be3 Re8 9d5 more so. Wondered about ne8, and thought maybe nd7 instead. In fact Dembo in dangerous weapons thinks what played perfectly good. Instead of 11...b6 black should have got on with it with f5. Think you are right after nxN, black should retake with d-pawn, so b6 not necessary for moment.  Instead of 14..f4, where black lacks a follow-up, the tactic with later "f3" wasn't close to working, black doesn't look too bad after 14...Nf6 15f3. 17...Bd7 indeed looked strange, wonder why not pxp, worried about Ra8 or something not sure. After that not sure where black can improve.
