I was white in this game and played for 20+ more moves, only to loose....I was wondering if this is a draw or if it's lost for white....

It should be a draw.  You have to be careful though with the kings as they are, because if black can exchange queens, the white king is a long way away and wont be able to stop the pawn.

It's a theoretical draw. This sort of ending is easiest to draw in practice if your king is in the promotion corner (f1-f3-h3-h1) or the corner opposite the promotion corner (a6-a8-c8-a6). Since your king is already in the corner opposite to the promotion corner he should remain there... it's somewhat risky for him to travel across the board.

If you post the ending we can identify where you went wrong.

theoretically the weaker queen must block the pawn and in case it is offered an exchange she can "move out" diagonally to start checking opponent's king. Still, queen endings are the most complicated by far and there could be subtleties hard to spot. Nevertheless, blocking is a good strategy here.
