Once again proving that I'm good at improvising a strong position in the opening, even from an unfamiliar position, but I can't carry out an actual attack to save my life...Comments and analysis would be appreciated.

I'm not a very good player, because I like to get out there sometimes too early and make something happen too. But the picture at 4 and 15 should tell you something---
I can't diagram it, but look at the Max Lange Attack on the internet. A little development and then BAM!!!
