3...e6  seems extremely awkward. In the sicilian defense black wants to trade his c-pawn for white's d-pawn and hopefully down the road can make good use of the center pawn majority. 3...e6 allows d5, and now black is doing very poorly due to poor knight placement. 

 

6...d5? ; I think either 6...a6 or 6...Qf6 where musts to stop Nbd5. 

 

8. Qf3?? ; drops the d4 knight. The knight continued hanging for some time until you finally captured on move 11. 

 

13...Qxd7 ; Nxc7 would have been better to save the knight. 

 

14. Qxc3?? ; loses the game instantly. bxc3 would have kept things even since black had two hanging pieces.
