I am trying to figure out some lines for Greco Attack after Italian Opening. 

I'm trying to study which is some of the best available moves for White.

Is there any programs that I can use to see my points advantages for each move? 

What can I use to help hint me some of the best available moves.

This is what I want to know. I've been in this situation quite a few times. I want to know how to handle each line. ie. If the Knight Takes or If the Bishop takes. Pawn always comes over.

Do I give up my Rook and try and just attack with Queen to B3? Or do I force the King out and sac another piece? 

Any acvice please?
