Hi again,
For those who saw my last post, I recently started playing OTB chess. Here is an analysis of my second game. Essentially, I set up a terrible position, ended up in a mess, came back into the game, and blew it on a silly check. Enjoy!

Just a few observations:
In the opening you chose, I beleive Black usually fianchettos his Bf8. Because of White's early d5, the B on g7 has a nice diagonal. Black often combines this with Rb8 and b5 to open the b-file
I think you've analyzed your opening problems pretty well. Once you played Be7 instead of g7 you were going to have to free a pretty cramped position. 9....Re8 or 9...Qc7 might have helped, and you should have pursued exchanges with 12...Nb6 and later with 14....Nxc4, although you're still pretty cramped.
I'm not so sure his 17.a5 was that strong. I kind of like 17.Rd1 myself, just piling on the pressure. There's time for a5 later. If you ever try to prevent it by playing a5 yourself, you weaken the b5 square.
Once again, you've already figured out what was wrong with 22...dxe5 and 23...gxf6. You were in a difficult spot before these moves, but you made it too easy for your opponent.

Perhaps 19...Qb6

The move 7. ... Nbd7 has never been used in master games (according to my db) the move played is 0-0. after Nbd7 white could've cramped your position even moore by 8. e5 dxe5 9. d6 Bf8 and 10. Nb5

35 qxf6 check and you are toast :)
I don't Qxf6?+ would be a problem, as my bishop is available to capture the queen
Oops ... I am sorry.... I thought that was a knight :)
