    18. Rd5 ..lost you a piece , was an uphill battle from there ( as i saw it ) prolly 18. Rd3 was better

    Yes, undoubtedly 18. Rd5 was a blunder.  I thought 13. f4 was where it all went wrong for me.  I might feed that position to fritz and see what he suggests.
