In the computer analysis provided here at chess.com, what is the exact evaluation at which a position will be considered "winning" as opposed to "much better?"

I don't think an engine would understand the difference.
Nevertheless, certain positions are declared "winning" by the analysis feature. I would like to know what the threshold is.
