Since I am playing against my cell phone -I would say that it is ethical to ask for help since I am trying to improve. I could also force a draw since the Shred' seems more than willing to just repeat moves.

Bxc5 draws at best play, with bishop endgame and symmetrical position. Ra8, however, is effective - it activates the Black light squared bishop with Ba2, trapping White's b1 Rook, ensuring you end the starting exchange with at least 2 pawns up, leaving you ahead in material with 1 pawn.

This is one possible outcome.  All of this isn't from "me".  I put the position in my Shredder and when I got stuck I asked it for a suggestion.  Sometimes I blundered and took a move back and keep trying until I found one that worked.  ha.  (Or I could have just looked for a long time at the positions).  

By the way, I put my shredder on ELO 1622 which is about what your is set at.  

Whoopee I got something semi-right... =) the Shredder suggestion is better - the rooks stay connected. Don't trust my ELO - that's only because I've beaten a computer...which is not satisfying at all.
