I have to agree. Re8 game over.

Many mistakes from Black too, but I will focus on yours. But I don't see the point of analysing bullet games.

6.Nxe5 !? seems greedy, but I can't see any tactical refutation of it. Same at move 7.

17.Be2 ! saves the bishop, while he is still forked.

27.fxe3 is a legal move, I guess you missed it... Even without this, hanging the knight at moves 27 and 28 were not clever.

As already mentioned by others, 28.Re8 wins on the spot.

After this, that's just a slaughter. Instead of trying to mate him with your two rooks, you could have first eaten every 'dangerous' pawn, then brought the king to help.
