Ok, I finished this game a couple of days ago. We both made some mistakes throughout the game, where at some point this was the position. Black promoted a pawn here.

Any thoughts on this position? Who is more likely to win? I searched a lot on Queen vs. Rook+3 pawns but couldn't find anything, so I'd like to hear your opinions.

If white is going down the board, I like white. If white is going up the baord, I like black. :-)

I'd say that White has a slight edge either way.

Here is a plan I think can win for white: Anchor the rook at E5 cutting off the black king and use as a shield on the 5the rank. Use the g and h pawns as a shield to avoid the perpetual check. Keep the white kink off the same color as his rook because of the diagonal fork threats. try to advance the g and h pawns one rank together at a time.

If white is going up the board, then  black's queen is free and very dangerous:

Probably draw : I can't see how white could push his pawns, and black can't break a fortress.

yes you can win as long as the king is guarding the pawns black can threten but can't lose the queen
