Removing Innaccuracies

This was a blitz game I played today, and won. I submitted it for chess.com's computer analysis and these are the results. You'll note that I don't make any glaring blunders, which is great, but I do make some innaccuracies and mistakes. Some of them I felt were principaled decisions. For example 30. ... Qg5? the idea was to try to trade down. Perhaps because it was not a forced decision and I did not make any other immediate gains? Sometimes I feel lost in such positions. How can I train myself to find a move like Bd8 as the computer suggests?
Thanks in advance for any help. All comments/analysis are appreciated. :)

I face the same issue.  I make moves toward one objective, but the computer seems to have another objective in mind (in memory chips?).  I often don't know what the computer's objective is.  In this case, Bd8 is baffling to me.  So I guess more playing, advice, studying would help to understand what the computer's objective is and why it deems it as a higher priority than trading down.

I rarely say this, but the Chess.Com computer is wrong! 32...Qxh5 is a perfectly good move, and you have an overwhelming position. On the other hand, 33...Qg5 really is inaccurate (although you're still winning) because 33...Bh4 is a killer
