20. Rxh7? d4! and you're attack fizzles immediately - much better is 20. Re7 Rf7 (forced) 21. Rxf7 d4 22. Qc4 Be6 23. Qxe6 Qxe6 24. Nxe6 Kxf7 25. Nxd4 for a decisive advantage.
Thank you for the analysis. Looks like you typo'd on my 20th move though, you meant Nxh7 instead of Rxh7 ;-)

In zrylam's line 20 Re7 Rf7 there's the even stronger 21 Re8+ Rf8 22 Qf6.
At a glance 21. Re8+ Rf8 22. Qf6 Be6 stalls for a bit but the point is that the sac is completely unsound
