I think that 18...Bxh6 is winning for Black.

This wasn't a very good game... both sides made lots of mistakes.

Here are some other choices:

16...Bxf5 17.exf5 Qe5+;

18.Rc1;

18...Bxh6;

20.Bxg7 Nxg7 21.Bxh7+ Kxh7 22.Qxc3;

25...Nc6;

30.Rc1;

30...Qb4+

I prefer 18. Rc1 double attacking Q and B.

I also like 20.Bxh7+ Kxh7 22. Qxc3 Bxh6 23. Qxc8 (who cares about a free P when you can get an almost free Q  and trade down?)

21 as played feels like it utilizes the wrong R (and 22 as played like it uses R's wrong axis.  Note how the b3 R has no good attacking chances once Bl's Q withdraws).   How about 21. Rc1? Seems like no great way for Bl. to save the c8 B.  Plus the advanced Wh P is dangerous.

25. Bh5 wasn't threatened in reality b/c it wasn't protected from the Bl Q's immed. capture.

There's no attack to sac. for w/ the Wh B loss after 27. Qh3?! Don't just allow your good attacking pieces to be eaten for no recompense.

8...gxf5 is troublesome for black he should have played better 8...e6 and if white plays 9.fxg6 then black simply responds 9...fxg6 and that rook on the open file will give him the advantage. If white doesen´t capture after 8...e6 and plays something like... 9.g4 then black just develops normally with 9...Nc6 and unless white captures his attack is at a standstill if he does he will stand worse. In this case white is over extended and black doesen´t have to do anything unrational to hold the position.

Your opponent studied again this game. He understood his mistake that's why you lost at your rematch. However, this game is brilliant for you. I appreciate it.
