    Why would Black sacrifice Queen ? Is there analysis for a forced checkmate
    or winning a piece on th part of White?

    The answer to that is that can be found in the Analysis and Source for the puzzle, but essentially it comes down to the fact that White is threatening mate in a couple of moves and the Queen sacrifice prevents that. There really is no other way to prevent it.
