To me this is the best game ever played, it is called the Evergreen Game, and I was looking for it in the date base oh chess.com and I did not find it, I don't understand why a game like this, with a chess game with high quality does not appear in this page.
The porpouse of the forum is simple, just admire the beauty of this game, and appreciate the really most important thing in chess (to me), the combination of the pieces, it doesn't matter if you have two queens, or you are up in material, the most important is if you have a plan or an invencible strategy, that is the most important, not to havea lot of pieces doing anything..
So here a leave, the Evergreen Game... enjoy it
Awsome. Simply awesome. Thanks for posting :)
I never get tired of that game. I would also like to submit Rubinstein's Immortal Game for consideration. It is so beautiful!!
Here it is:
awesome
Beautiful finish
I like the nineteenth move on andersenn's part.
is there a way to lift these games and download/save them?
awesome games... awe-insipring.
Hey I have a ew game.. it is really beautiful.. is a king hunt..!!
Edward Laskers game?
Well, the problem is that I cannot remeber the names of the players, Inmortalgamer.. please go and see the forum, and if you know the players please.. HELP!!
ps.
The Name of The Forum is
--- A King Hunt and a Queen Sacrife
If I wanted to do so, I would take the code from the FEN/PGN and/or the Move List.
I prefer these games:
While anderssen's game is pretty it's clearly not the best ever played since it was so onesided, a good game requieres both sides playing well.
Gonnosuke's examples are much better.
You probably have in mind the following, hchdez:

Here's the referenced game in diagram form:
Love it!!!
▲ That one (Lasker v Thomas) is awesome too :D
Lasker-Thomas, what a game! To be mated in 18 moves, at the other end of the board, in your opponents territory. Wow.
He was actually lost on move 10.
That is the best queen sac I have seen tbh. I wonder if he announced "mate in 8" after that move!?
