I just played through moves quickly. I don't think White can exchange his rook for the pawn tehn advance his two quick enough.

This method seems to draw for Black.

In xMenace's second diagram, 7 Ra6 would win for White. I think Black would draw though with 5... Rxa7+ 6 Kxa7 h4 (by one tempo, if I'm counting it out right).

In the first diagram, 3 Rb3 looks like a hard move to meet.
