I was clicking and hit the backwards arrow... thuoght the pawn moved backward LOL

Nice game indeed. Enjoyed it very much. It was a miscalculation by White when he decided to exchange the Queen. And I feel that 38.Rd8 was a bad choice.

I think the game was more about connected passed pawns than bad (piece) exchanges.
