I ended up winning the game , however my opponent missed an escape which he could have potentially converted into a won game . What do you think ? Was my attack incorrect ? Thanks for your comments and any suggestions

After 8.f3 Bh5? your attack starts well, as 9.g4! Bg6 10.g5 Ne8 11.f4! wins the bishop for a pawn after 11...d5 (11...Nc6 12.Nxc6, 11...c5 12.Nf5 Bxf5 13.exf5 d5 14.f6 are even more horrible) 12.Nxd5 Bc5 13.c3 c6 14. Ne3 Bxd4 15. cxd4 Qxd4 16.f5 Bh5 17.Qxh5 +-. In your game, 18... Qxb2 19.e5 although a nice idea to push forward and overwhelm black, is unsound, because after 21... Rge8 22.Rg3 Bxg5 23. fxg5 Qa5 black is relatively safe and material up after 24.f6 g6. It looks complex though, I'd have probably done the same!
