Unsure if draw was good enough

Hey guys.  I'm posting a recent game I played in which I was black, and trying to stay in the spirit of the stonewall defense.  I know there are several obvious mistakes, so feel free to comment on those as well.

I offered a draw at the start of the endgame, but my opponent declined.  I can't blame him since he had more pieces, but the game just felt drawish to me, and I don't even consider myself a good player, so to assume that, and then accomplishing it, left me somewhat satisfied, yet curious if there was ever a point that I could have equalized or achieved an advantage.

I do realize as well that my opponent screwed up the endgame by not playing 61.Kf4
