Tactically, you appeared to play perfectly. 10. a3 is the mistake, avoiding the mate threat. Better would have been 10. Qxd2 Qxd2+ 11. Kxd2 Nxd4 which is more drawn although I would prefer to be black here.

I'm new here, so I'm going to try to paste those moves in a game as you guys did. Do you just paste the PGN format? Ah, nevermind, I think I figured it out:
From blacks side the move 4 ..Bd6? is a concession into doubled pawns and a terrible bishop on c8. After the trades white is already quite a lot better.
2..Nc6 is a two knights tango setup which is almost always followed by e6 and d6 to complete the solid setup and give the knight retreat squares. If black attempts other setups knights will get kicked and white will have even more space and time.
Whites 7. Na4? is rather silly as that is very loose. Just the simple 7. Rb1 and white has no problems.
