I took a draw here because I couldn't figure out how to push my pawn across without it getting captured? Could I have won?

I think yes, it's draw.

the black has two moves:

Bb5 and Be8

both will lead the game to closed loops that will never end in winning.

just moving the bishop, the knight and your two kings around this poor pawn

you will never have d7 free of his bishop.

Depends on what black does.  If black moves the King, you have an excellent chance to promote the pawn.

Black probably monkeys around with the bishop to hold you at bay...

Yea, I should have waited a few moves to see if black messes up. Draw is a very safe way for black to not have to worry about blunders...

I agree with a guy from Jordan---it is an obvious draw.

It wouldn't be a draw if it were white to move...perhaps if you had a way to triangulate?

Well any move that black makes with the bishop leads to black being in check and even in loosing bishop after check, if not then pawn can be sacrificed for bishop... Should have just done that and hoped black resigns.

This is a draw. However seeing u have no chance to lose i wouldve push him around. For instance Bb5 (or Be8) than, you can go Nd8+. Here every move except kd5 loses, since nc6 ( On bb5). and if be8 nd8 Kf6, then its a draw anyway, but still no harm in playing on. And if be8 nd8 kf5, then possibly Nf7! wins. (this may also work on kd5).
