Just wondering, was this game really a draw or who should have won?

When you were a whole Rook up, you should have gone on to win. 35 .... Nd2 would have been an improvement, IMO.

As in all of our games, both sides were winning at various points in the action.

If White had played 26.Bc6, Rd8 27.Nxd4 he was clearly winning

White's 32.f3? turned an even game into a loss (32.Nd6 or Nc3 were both much better)

Black could have ended the game with 34...Rc4 and an easy win

PrawnEatsPrawn is correct that 35...Nd2 was better, but you were still winning until 37...Kd3. 37....Ke5 38,Nxc1 (no check!), Bxb5 would have kept ypu a piece up.

Games at our level always seem to feature these dramatic shifts in fortune

I'm pretty curious why he didn't trade off your fianchettoed bishop, really.

In the final position, white could easily win... black king is far away  from pawns, and can't defend them...

I think white might have pulled it through.but black would probably end up sacrificing pawns for a stalemate

White probably had an advantage and should have one. However both sides could have easily one and lost their advantage with plenty of blunders.
