Did you do this analysis? Or you showing off? No matter, the analysis is bad.
It shojuld be mentioned 7...Bxf3 wins a pawn after either 8.Qxf3 or 8.gxf3.
Two side variations need to be completed:
(A) 17... Qxc3+ 18. Bd2 Qa3 19. Rc1+ Kb8 20. Bf4+ Ka8 21. Nxd8 a6 22. Be3, Black wins after 22...Qa5+ 23.Bd2 Qxe8, followed by Be4, exchanging Black's OK bishop with White's excellent bishop on g2. Black will continue with ...g6, freeing his bishop and rook.
(B) After 27...Qxd4, the note is given "simplyfing". Why does Black need to simplify? After 27...Qc6, 28....Kd7, 29...Be7, 30...Bd8, 31...Re8, he is completely winning. The only threat Black has to attack his knight with pawns. But giving up a knight is surely preferable to giving up a queen.
Simplyfing can also mean holding to your advantage (in your case, material) and not doing anything to disturb it, like giving up your queen for no good reason. Give up a minor piece if you insist, but be the queen up - it will make your job of winning the game more simple that having to figure out how to win without it. As it was, you still had to get another queen to replace the lost one.
Don't rely on Fritz or any other chess engine to do your analysis. Learn how to analyze just using your brain. That's a good way to better your game, which is, I assume, your goal.
